Logging on to My Inside Connection
*Alumni (Retirees, Survivors, and Employees on Disability) |

| First Time Users (must register before using): |

Step 1:
Complete requested Registration information. You will be asked for your personnel number which is your employee number that was provided on the wallet card you received after retirement. You may have called it an insurance number in the past.
Step 2:
A logon password will be assigned and mailed to you via the U.S. mail. This password will be used for your initial logon to My Inside Connection. You will then be required to set a permanent password. To log on, enter your user ID and assigned password, then click log on. |

| Logging On After Your Initial Visit: |

Enter your User ID and your Password and click "Log On".
If you encounter problems or lose your User ID or password, please contact the Global Help Desk in Kingsport at 423-229-3601 or 1-800-695-4322, ext 3601. |
